A Victorian Fairy
This doll is in the home of a private collector and is not available for sale or duplication

She's had a full makeover with all of her factory paint removed and artist quality paints used to give her a new look. - She has moss green eyes and truly red lips.

Her gown is an inky black vintage velvet, absolutely impossible to get good pictures of! LOL. Her white cotton dicky and the full mutton sleeves have been given a ribbon latice work with each bead and sequin individually knotted. Her hair and collar have been embellished with (of course) red roses. Her dress is not removable, it has been sewn to the doll.

Her hair has been straightened and then styled into a modified gibson girl and given ringlet curls.


Her wings are made by hand of the same fabric as her dickie and sleeves. The veining is entirely hand painted.

Her custom wooden stand was created by VKW (otherwise known as my dear hubby) and is a gloss black.
