Just for fun........
Lothyndra sprang full blown into my head - absolutely insisted that I drop EVERYTHING and bring her out......
So........ here she is! :-) - She's had a full makeover with all of her factory paint removed and artist quality paints used to give her a new look. Her face has been lightly re-sculpted to allow for the uptilted eyes and slimmer lower lip. Her gown is a vintage crinkle silk (possibly a blend) the edges singed and sealed with glitter.
Her hair has been given a lovely curl with tendrils pulled free to frame her face.
The veining in her wings is entirely hand painted
Her custom wooden stand was created by VKW (otherwise known as my dear hubby) and was simply too perfect to paint - so it's been sealed with a simple matt varnish.

Yes, it's now a Google group - due to the great screw up of 2010 if you DID belong to the original Yahoo group, you were deleted (by Yahoo, not me) without notice, Google may not be as 'click and point' user friendly, but at least they won't delete the group arbitrarily?
