Diamond
Forth in the Medieval Gemstone Series

This doll is in the home of a private collector and is not available for sale or duplication

Diamond's jewelry is just that - her earrings, necklace and ring are genuine diamonds set in sterling silver.
The chains for her necklace and belt are silver tone and the crystals on her belt are glass.
She's had a complete facial re-paint with artist quality acrylic paints and sealer.
Her eyes are a soft grey to match her gown and her lips are a delicate rose.

Diamond is dressed in a completely hand stitched cotardie of silvery grey crushed velvet, her boat sleeves are white and silver brocade, lined in white velvet. (Circa 1130). Her hair has been straightened and dressed in the style historically matched to the period of her dress - taken into two strands and twisted with cord. Her headdress is a mid length veil that hangs from a silver roll.
Her dress was not designed to be removable - it has been sewn to the doll.

Yes, it's now a Google group - due to the great screw up of 2010 if you DID belong to the original Yahoo group, you were deleted (by Yahoo, not me) without notice, Google may not be as 'click and point' user friendly, but at least they won't delete the group arbitrarily?
