Handmaiden to the Queen

Ardith'a has, of course, had a full repaint - all of her factory paint was removed and she was hand painted with artist quality acrylics and a (very) small paint brush... (*grin*) - Her lips match her hair and her cat-pupiled eyes betray her as elvin. Her hair has been styled and permanently curled to cascade to her waist. She's also been given hand sculpted ears.

Ardith'a wears a trailing gown of dark jewel green velvet, bound at the neck, hem and single draped sleeve with flowered trim. Her belt and earrings are hand beaded and her bracelet wraps around to hug her wrist. Her costume is completely hand stitched from hand-drafted patterns - no glue was used in her construction. (well, except for her sandals... *grin*)

She also wears a pair of beaded sandals, laced up to her calves.
Dress and sandals not removable, they have been sewn to the doll.
Her wings are hand-painted, and translucent in the light. (which I had a HORRIBLE time trying to get pictures of, until I figured this one out...)

Both of her hands have been re-molded for grace, and she stands on a handmade golden stand.
